These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Khanagi mobile application (the "App") operated by Paayenda Software Services ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Khanagi App. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and secure.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to update it promptly if it changes.
- All activity that occurs under your account will be your responsibility.
Purchases and Payments
- All confirmed transactions through Khanagi are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a seller’s policy.
- Product prices, delivery fees, and applicable taxes will be clearly shown prior to checkout.
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your account in accordance with the billing and payment terms provided.
Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers are responsible for accurately representing their products and services.
- They must fulfill orders in a timely manner and maintain clear communication with buyers.
- Violation of customer trust or platform guidelines may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Prohibited Use
- You may not use the App for illegal, deceptive, threatening, or harmful purposes.
- You may not interfere with the App’s operation, reverse engineer its systems, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including trademarks, designs, code, and logos, is owned by Paayenda Software Services or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use—or inability to use—the Khanagi App.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, or the jurisdiction in which Khanagi is legally registered and operating. Any legal disputes shall be resolved by courts within the relevant jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms occasionally to reflect legal or operational updates. If any major changes are made, we will notify you through the App or your registered email. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
